Many students like to test out what the work force is like early by completing an internship, and some majors even require one. It looks good on resumes and prepares students for the real world. The Career Center says students still have a chance to land summer 2010 internships.

An employee told Public Safety his iPod Touch was stolen while he was at lunch April 5. The employee says he left the iPod on his desk in his office at 284 King St. just after noon, and it was gone when he returned at 1 p.m

Two weeks ago Congress passed, and President Barack Obama subsequently signed into law, a bill designed to overhaul the health insurance industry. Most of the coverage of this law has focused on the politics of the passing; some have dealt with real world impacts; almost none have focused on the specific impacts to college students.
